Frequently Asked Questions

-Will other people be in the room with my group?

No.  Each reservation is a private booking for just your group. You get our staff and adventure all to yourself!

-Can I bring children under 10?  Are there discounts for children?

Our adventures are designed for ages 10+.  If you need to bring children with you, each child aged 6 and younger is free per paying adult.  While they probably won't be able to solve puzzles on their own, they are often good searchers!

-Do you have an arcade?

Our name is Adventure Arcade Escape Rooms because we feel that going on an escape room adventure is like playing a video game in real life. While we do not have a public walk-in arcade at this time, we do have a selection of free-to-play arcade games to enjoy after your adventure, included with your booking.

-What if I need to reschedule or get a refund?

Please call us to reschedule your appointment at least an hour ahead.  We understand that last minute things can happen, and we will do our best to accommodate you with a new date or time.  If you need a refund, we can return your entire payment.

-Am I actually locked in?  I'm claustrophobic!

All of our adventures have at least one unlocked exit for the entirety of the adventure.  You may need to unlock some additional passages during your adventure, but you may leave whenever you need to.

-Are you wheelchair accessible?

All of our common areas such as lobby and bathroom are wheelchair accessible.  Our adventure, Escape the 80s is wheelchair accessible, but some team members may need to reach or stoop for certain clues.  Our adventure, Area 50-Yum is not wheelchair accessible due to stairs in our historic building.  We are planning new adventures on our main floor in the future.  If you have any accessibility concerns, please call ahead so we can help accommodate you.

-Where can I park?

We have free, 2-hour street parking on North, Vermilion, and Hazel Streets until 5pm.  After 5pm, you may park as long as you wish.  There is also free parking at the bus station diagonal from us and a free lot on the corner of Hazel and Van Buren Streets, 1/2 block South of us.  Most of the lot North of us between Taylor's Trends Boutique and United Refrigeration is permit only during the day.  After 5pm, it is free.
